1. As soon as you register you will receive automatically a payment receipt.

2. Our team will check you “Property Listing Form”, then contact you and guide your through the steps. 

3. Once your “Property Listing Form” is completed, inspected by us you advertisement will go live on Next Pad, and then will be put for further advertisement in other sites within hours.

4. All enquiries from potential tenants will be passed to you by email and text message. We can also contact you by the phone too. Then you can contact them and organise the viewing on your own time. With you permission we could also give your details for potential tenants, so they can also contact you directly. 

5. When you think you find right tenant/s, you can change your listing status (rent under offer) and contact Next Pad to carry out the Reference/Credit checks. After successful completion of tenants reference checks, you could put your listing on private and if in the future you property will be again available you could easily put you add in public listing with a one click. If there will be a failure during reference check or any other problem, not to worry – you property will be listed for free, until let.

6. After successful completion of reference checks, you can either use Next Pad Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreement (without charge), or you can use your own Tenancy Agreement.

1. Click the ‘Room Listing” button and add your property by selecting “Add New Room”.

2. You will need to complete the “Property Listing Form”. You will need to add property details, specific features of property, property photos and transport links. The current description, including the rent price can be adjusted at any time either through your account or by contacting us on 0207 249 5233.

3. Once you complete the “Property Listing Form”, save the relevant details and log out. The price for your Room Listing is £50, and it will be advertised until let.
